Welcome! My name is Dr. Whitney Butler, and I am entering my 12th year in education. My background includes a short, yet successful career in educational achievements, commitment, and growth since becoming a teacher in 2014. I am licensed for K-6 education and have taught sixth grade, kindergarten, second grade, and first grade.
In 2018, I obtained my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Carson-Newman University. I received my Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University in 2019. I earned my Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership from LMU in 2024. I am eager to utilize my knowledge and skills to lead and mentor the students, teachers, and staff of Newport Grammar School.
